Confirmed Verified Sit Agreement — Insights Door (GSTIN: 18EKHPM0377M1ZL)
This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Client (the "Client") and Insights Door(the "Service Provider"). By purchasing any appointment package on insightsdoor.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Appointments (SITS) are delivered by Insights Door's in-house agents who dial on the Client's behalf to provide soft-qualified appointments that we guarantee will sit with the Client. Our agents request information about credit score and utility bill and aim to deliver the most qualified sit possible. Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee that the information provided by customers will be entirely accurate.
Our agents will deliver appointments as soon as possible, within a 30-day delivery window beginning from the specified date of onboarding.
2. Compensation
- The Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider as per the package purchased on the website.
- All sits will be qualified: homeowners, 650+ credit, $100+ utility bill, and no shade or little shade.
- All no-shows and unqualified sits will be replaced free of cost.
- Compensation does not include applicable sales tax or duties, which will be charged in addition where required by law.
3. Delivery Guarantee
If the Client does not receive the guaranteed appointments within the 30-day window — supported by voice recordings of agent calls — we will work out a method to deliver compensation. Compensation does not include the utility bill and will only apply within the agreed location/state.
Example: If we delivered 8 of 10 sits and failed to deliver 2, the Client will be refunded ₹2,400/- (₹1,200 each).
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client will be notified on the day of each appointment with confirmation. If the Client misses the appointment, it will be counted as a sit. It is the Client's responsibility to show up and close the sit.
- If the Client is unavailable on a particular day, the team must be notified in advance. Otherwise, sits booked for that day will still be counted.
- The Client must update the status of all sits within 2-3 hours of the appointment so that new sits can be scheduled.
- For disqualified (DQ) sits — especially credit fails — the Client must submit proof or a screenshot. Without proof, the sit will not be replaced.
- If the Client reschedules an appointment, it will be marked as a sit unless prior notice is given to the team for emergencies.
5. Right to Follow Up
Insights Door reserves the right to call the customer 4 hours after the appointment time to obtain updates if the Client has not provided a status update within 2 hours.
6. Booking Practices
Appointments are booked at the customer's and Client's earliest mutual convenience to avoid rescheduling and cancellations.
7. Referral & Revenue Programs
- Referral Commission: Refer colleagues or peers looking for solar leads/sits. If we onboard them, the Client receives a flat ₹4,000 commission.
- Testimonial Commission: If you achieve a positive ROI and your referral helps us close a new client, you receive a flat ₹2,000 commission.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
9. Acceptance
By completing payment on insightsdoor.com, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
