Return & Refund Policy

Transparent replacements and refunds for every appointment package.

Insights Door provides a digital service — verified solar appointments (SITS). Because of the nature of the service, the following policy governs replacements and refunds.

1. Nature of Service

All purchases on insightsdoor.com are for appointment-generation services. Once an appointment package is purchased, our team begins onboarding and campaign setup. Therefore, we do not offer arbitrary cancellation refunds after work has commenced.

2. Replacement Guarantee

  • Every no-show appointment will be replaced free of cost.
  • Every unqualified sit (where the customer does not meet the agreed criteria — homeowner, 650+ credit, $100+ utility bill, no/little shade) will be replaced free of cost upon submission of proof (e.g., a screenshot of the credit fail).
  • Replacements are delivered within the standard 30-day delivery window.

3. Refund for Undelivered Appointments

If Insights Door fails to deliver the guaranteed number of appointments within the 30-day delivery window — and a suitable replacement window cannot be agreed — the Client will receive a pro-rated refund for the undelivered sits at the per-appointment price of the package purchased.

Example: If 8 out of 10 sits are delivered, the Client receives a refund of ₹2,400/- (₹1,200 × 2 undelivered sits).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The Client misses an appointment they were notified about (counted as a sit).
  • The Client reschedules an appointment without prior notice to the team.
  • Sits booked on a day the Client did not communicate unavailability for.
  • The Client fails to update the sit status within 2-3 hours of the appointment, preventing new sit scheduling.
  • DQ sits where no proof/screenshot is submitted to support the disqualification claim.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business daysfrom the date of approval. Bank processing times may add additional delay.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@insightsdoor.com with your order ID, registered email/phone, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

7. Changes to this Policy

Insights Door may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
